1. At Chocolate Gems we strive to deliver 100% satisfaction to all our customers. Our website and online store has as much information as possible on all our products, This is designed to help you make the right selection. Please read all this information and carefully make your selection.
2. Under our food safety certification all products are sold on a no returns basis unless products are supplied incorrectly or are faulty.
3. If the products delivered are not what you ordered, including any replacement products, or are faulty, we will, at our option, wherever possible deliver to you a replacement product or refund to you the price paid.
4. Claims for returns/credits must be made within forty eight (48) hours of delivery or collection of the products from our site by emailing sales@chocolategems.com.au A copy of the invoice or sales order which accompanied the products when supplied must be supplied, failing this any such claims are deemed to be waived.
5. In the event we agree to the return of the products for credit, you will be notified of the appropriate procedure to be followed with regards to the return of products.
6. Any decision to grant a refund from us will be paid as soon as possible, but in any event within 5 business days from approval. While in your possession, you must keep any products you intend to return to us in good condition following our caring for chocolate instructions that accompanied your products.
