1. What is the cost of shipping?

Our shipping rates vary according to the destination. Please enter your shipping address to get an estimate of your shipping costs. We also offer local pickup from our premises at 3 Josephine Street, LOGANHOLME QLD 4129.

We only ship products within Australia.

  1. How do you ship my order?

We use Australia Post, Fastway and Border Express for all deliveries. We currently only deliver to addresses within Australia and do not deliver to Australia Post parcel lockers.

  1. When will my order be dispatched?

We process, pack and dispatch all orders as quickly as we can. In order to avoid your order being in transit over the weekend and potentially be exposed to elevated temperatures, dispatch times as follows: 

Brisbane Metro, Ipswich, Gold & Sunshine Coasts & Toowoomba Monday – Thursday
Sydney Metro, ACT, Melbourne Metro & North Qld Monday – Wednesday
Far North Qld, Rural NSW & Rural Victoria Monday – Tuesday
Tasmania, WA, SA & NT Monday

  1. What happens to my order during warmer weather?

Please note that during periods of extreme heat, we will hold your order and notify you by email when it will be dispatched, to avoid any melted products. In warmer weather, we use packaging methods to ensure your chocolates arrives in premium condition.
